Step 1: Purchase&Preparation of Raw Materials

To make the best kids shoes, we must use the best materials.As you know,our shoes are mostly made of genuine leather,which is soft,comfortable and more durable,so genuine leather baby shoes is our hot and popular shoes.All of our leather have been pasted CPSC leather test and can meet REACH,EN71,so they are absolutely safe and good for baby`s health.After our customers placed an order,our purchasing department will order and arrange material back to our warehouse.Every batch leather is new and will be tested the quality by our warehouse staff,then they can be kept in our warehouse.

Step 2:Leather Cutting

If you are not a shoes maker,you will feel confused and quite new about this part.Most importantly,for every different style shoes we will have one set different tool,which we call shoes cutting die(or shoes cutting mould).We see that many shoes have different shapes on the upper. In fact, we cut them out according to the design of the shoes with a shoe cutting mold.For example,if it is flower design,we will make a customized shoes cutting mold for it and use it to cut the leather material.

Step 3: Upper Stitching

Stitching-After the shoe material is cut, we will proceed to the next important process-sewing the upper. Workers will use the sewing machine to operate carefully, and under the perfect cooperation of the lines and the sewing machine, a complete upper will come out.For soft sole baby shoes,we will stitch the upper with the out sole directly,then a good shoes will come out.

Handwork-In this part, we will assemble some accessories, such as adding shoe eyelets sticking bow knots,or adding shoes buckle,which are totally handmade.

Quality Check -after shoes upper come out,we will have first quality check on the leather upper.If some bad material are found out,they will be replaced.

Step 4:Shoes Molding

Gluing-usually for hard Rubber Sole Shoes,a sole will be prepared first and our worker will put special glue on it.

Molding-we will glue the out sole and the upper ,then put them on a machine to make them have a good shape.

Drying-a perfect shoes will be gone through high temperature machine to shape them.

Pressing-After coming out from high temperature machine,the shoes will be put under a machine again to ensure they are good and very tight.So we will put them on shoes shelf for about 3-5 hours.

Quality Check:when the shoes are put on shoes shelf,we will have second quality check for them.

Step 5:Shoes Packaging

Insole Gluing-package worker will put suitable and correct insole in each shoes according to the sizes.

Shoelace Adding-if some style kids shoes have shoelace,we will put shoelace on each pair shoes.

Quality Check-the third quality check will be arranged before shoes are packaged and put in cartons.

Package Adding-usually we use poly bags to pack every pair shoes,but we also have Customized Package like Customized Cotton Bags and Customized Gift Box for customers and we will pack according to every customer`s requirements.

Shoes Quantity Confirmation-our worker will count and record the quantity to ensure they are correct when they put the shoes in carton box.Each box full of shoes are coming out and ready to ship.
